Kieron Gillen is a British writer and journalist best known for his work in comics and entertainment media. His work has appeared in WIRED, THE GUARDIAN, and PLAYSTATION MAGAZINE UK, among others. In 2007 he was one of the founders of ROCKPAPERSHOTGUN.COM, what is now the world’s premier PC-centric games blog.Gillen’s first graphic novel, PHONOGRAM (with artist/co-creator Jamie McKelvie), was published through IMAGE COMICS in 2006. In addition to his work with IMAGE, Gillen has been published through BOOM! STUDIOS, ACCENT COMICS UK, TOKYOPOP MANGA, and MARVEL COMICS.Gillen is currently working with MARVEL COMICS on some of their most iconic characters, including X-MEN, THOR, NEW MUTANTS, and AVENGERS.
